おめでとうございます！さすがラブジョイ…じゃなかったアダムさんですね！！まさに "a high academic calibre" をものにされた人にふさわしい言葉だと思います。
その後のチャットでも久しぶりにいわゆる「アダム節」がいかんなく発揮されてとても楽しかったです。しかも勉強になりました。
結論：目次も文献目録も瑣末な問題に過ぎない。
