比較するといろいろ興味深いのですが、特に対立が顕著なのが「この憲法は内戦につながるか」という点に関するものです。
憲法を否定的に評価する側は

と、この憲法草案はイラク内部の分裂を解消せずに、民族的、宗教的な少数派を保護することができないと指摘します。
逆に肯定的な評価を下す側は次のような指摘をしています。

つまり、すでにイラクという国はすでに分裂しているのであり、それを人工的に憲法でまとめ上げようとすれば衝突が起こり、結果内乱になる、というものです。だから分裂状態を反映した現草案は正しい、ということです。
なお、女性に関する条項として草案には議会の25%以上は女性でなければならないという項目があるようです。
